Marie Brodeur's landmark hour-long documentary on war dances is a unique visual record of traditional war dancing and vernacular dancing - from the Pyrric Dances of ancient Greece to the Ghost dance of the First Nations, and today's urban hip hop culture - a legacy of movement that has influenced the way we channel aggression and violence through our bodies and into artistic expression.
